Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra has been spotted on the Indian certification site BIS. These smartphones will be the next models of Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+, launched in August last year. Leaks have also been revealed earlier about the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series. In this smartphone series, three models Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 + and Galaxy S20 Ultra can be launched this time. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra was spotted on the Bluetooth certification website with the model number SM-N986U on the Geekbench certification site last month. Last month, it was being claimed Galaxy Note 20+. This model number has been listed on the Bluetooth certification site as Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

No features of this smartphone have been revealed on the Bluetooth certification site. It has only been stated that it will support Bluetooth 5.0. On the Chinese certification site 3C, this smartphone has got information about the 25W fast charging support in SM-N9860. Apart from this, many tipsters have revealed about other features of this smartphone in the past.

Ice Universe has claimed to have Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC in this smartphone. The reason behind this is that in the Geekbench listing, it has been said to have a 3.09GHz processor. It can be launched with Exynos 992 processor in many other markets including India. This smartphone can come with Infinity-O Super AMOLED display panel with a 6.9-inch 120Hz refresh rate. On-screen display fingerprint sensor can be given in the phone. This device can also come with up to 16GB of RAM support and up to 512GB of onboard storage.

Talking about the camera features of the phone, a 40MP front camera feature can be given in it. 108MP primary sensor, 12MP ultra wide sensor, 13MP periscope lens can be given in the back of the phone, which can support 50x hybrid zoom. An autofocus unit can be given in the phone. Like the series launched last year, it can feature innovative S-Pen. Features such as stereo speakers, Dolvi Atmus, dual mode 5G band support, Wi-Fi 6 can be given in the phone. It can be launched in August with the Galaxy Fold 2.
