Samsung India has announced to open its brand stores across the country. These include the company's exclusive stores Samsung Smart Cafe and Samsung Smart Plaza. The company is opening its stores from this week. The company has taken the decision following the government-issued zonal and safety guidelines that have been implemented from May 4. Samsung Smart Cafe sells the company's smartphones and accessories, while the Samsung Plaza has all Samsung's consumer electronics such as fridges. More washing machines are available.

Apart from this, smartphones are also found here. The company has also increased the validity of the brand store loyalty program Smart Club Points by June 30. The company has said that those whose points were expiring from March to May 2020 can now redeem by June 30. The company has said that all smart cafes and smart plazas will fully comply with the rules of social distancing and sanitization. Samsung has said that initially Samsung Smart Cafe and Smart Plaza will be opened in a phased manner. First to be opened in Green and Orange zones.

Before opening stores is being sanitized. Hand sanitizer will be provided at every store and it will be necessary to use it at all touchpoints. The company has said that it will be ensured in all Samsung stores that there is a distance of 1.5 meters from each other. The company has also said that the consultant is being trained for hygiene safety so that it can be followed. Experience gloves and customers will also be provided in the stores.
