In India, Samsung on Friday launched the 65-inch variant of 'The Frame QLED TV'. With the launch, it has also been announced that the sale of 'The Frame' will begin during Flipkart's upcoming Republic Day Sale. Samsung's new 65-inch The Frame has been priced at Rs 1,59,990. Customers will be able to pre-book it during the Flipkart sale. Delivery of pre-booked units will start from February 1, 2020.

Earlier, Samsung launched a 55-inch 'The Frame' in India in August last year. Currently, it is available for sale in India for Rs 84,990. In addition, customers will also be able to avail an additional cashback of Rs 3,000 on prepaid transactions through credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. TV models can also be purchased from the company's official online store. A statement from Samsung India said, 'The frame is a masterpiece that has been made even better than being a TV. We got a great response in the Flipkart sale in September last year and all the TV models were sold out. So we decided to bring the frame back during the Flipkart Republic Day Sale on popular demand. This time we have also made 65-inch variants available in the cell.
Samsung said that QLED technology is available in 'The Frame' and it converts the TV into a picture frame that shows more than 1,000 artwork. Built-in motion and brightness sensor is also given in this QLED TV. When TV is not in use, it goes into art mode and it showcases the digital piece of art. For better picture quality, features like 'quantum dot' technology, 120Hz refresh rate and HDR 10+ have also been given in the frame.
