Consumer electronics and smartphone maker Samsung has launched a new service for its smartphone users. Users will now be able to buy Galaxy smartphones from local retailers online. For this, the company has partnered with digital platform Benow. This partnership of Samsung will give a boost to the digital channel ecosystem. Also, due to Coronavirus, shopping can be seen in the coming days through e-commerce. Due to which, along with local retailers, users will also get benefit. With this partnership of Samsung and Benow, more than 20 thousand retailers across the country will be able to sell smartphones to customers.

Let us tell you that the Chinese smartphone maker company has also launched the O2O Mi Commerce platform recently. Due to the Coronavirus lockdown, Samsung's smartphones are currently being sold in the green and orange zones of the country through the e-commerce website. People living in cities where the service of e-commerce sites are not available, can get the benefit of this O2O initiative and people will be able to buy Galaxy smartphones from nearby retailers without visiting the shop.

The senior vice president of Samsung said in the note that started this service, that we can do everything for customers for Samsung. Our partnership with Benow is largely an online to offline (O2O) strategy. Which will benefit consumers using both online and offline platforms.

Let us tell you that Samsung has resumed its e-commerce services from May 4. Closed service has been resumed for the last one and a half months. However, its benefit is only going to be available to users in the Green and Orange zones. At the same time, users living in the Red Zone have the freedom to buy non-essential goods through e-commerce only after the lockdown ends. Most of the metropolitan users coming to the Red Zone can get the benefit of this service after May 17.
