Yesterday (17 March, 2019) power star of Sandalwood Puneeth Rajkumar also known as Appu celebrated his birthday with fans. On the occasion of his birthday first look of Yuvaratna and Gems' were revealed. Also, director Pavan Wadeyar gifted a song, which was specially made for him. Along with these, Puneeth's new film poster was also launched, which has been making rounds on the internet. Going by his appearance, looks like it is a mythological film.

OM Sai Prakash's son Sai Krishna will direct this mythological film featuring Puneeth Rajkumar. Sai Prakash has also created several hits for Dr Rajkumar's family. Recently Sai Krishna worked on the film Ka. The director said, "This isn't the movie's first look, but the dream look. I am looking forward to seeing Puneeth Rajkumar in this character."

Back in time, fans have to wait for weeks together to get their hand on the ticket for Dr. Rajkumar's films. Sai Prakash wants to make such a movie with Appu, which be as amazing as his father. It has been confirmed that this pair would be collaborating for a legendary film. Director Sai Prakash is yet to share the film's plot with Puneeth Rajkumar.  Since Power Star has a couple of films arranged, he would be taking this dream project up once he completes his current projects.
