According to a website report, 11 out of 12 people working in this cafe are locomotor disabled and this means that they cannot move around. While a member cannot listen and the name of this cafe is 'Cafe Able', which earns around ten thousand rupees per day. At the same time, in this cafe, Head Master, Juice Master, Tea Master, Billing Clerk and Scavengers all are differently-abled.

District Magistrate Sandeep Nanduri has told that I often received petitions for jobs from different PwDs, though it was not possible to give jobs to everyone and due to this the cafe was opened. If information is to be believed, this better step has been initiated by District Magistrate Sandeep with the formation of a self-help group and this self-help group has included all the Divyang who requested the District Magistrate for a job. At the same time, there was talk with the Oscar Hotel Management College in Rajapalayam and then these PwDs were admitted to the Hotel Management Training Course for 45 days. At the same time, the cafe was started in the collectorate premises by raising funds by the CSR fund and district administration of three private companies.
