Patna: Counting is taking place in Bihar assembly elections and results are coming soon. So far, election results have surfaced in several assembly constituencies. The NDA has won 22 seats in the Bihar assembly while 10 candidates of the Grand Alliance have taken their names. According to the recent information, Kiran Devi, wife of RJD MLA Arun Yadav, has won the victory from the message assembly constituency of Bhojpur District.

On the RJD ticket from the message assembly constituency, Kiran Devi has defeated JDU's Bisjendra Yadav by about 35 thousand votes. Kiran Devi is said to have received more than 72 thousand votes and has now won. In the same seat, LJP candidate Shweta Singh has also done wonders. She has named more than 27 thousand votes, which is surprising in itself. When the initial trends were seen, Shweta Singh was constantly moving forward.

In the last year 2015 elections, RJD candidate Arun Yadav defeated BJP state spokesperson Sanjay Singh from the Sandesh seat. Sanjay Singh Tiger, who was competing with the Grand Alliance candidate in the election, lost by 25427 votes. On behalf of the Israr Grand Alliance, Kiran Devi has emerged as a new MLA and has won.
