There was big news earlier about Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, due to which there was a wave of happiness in his fans. He has won the battle with lung cancer and is now fully recovered. Recently, a close friend of his has told in a conversation with a website, 'When wife Maanayata ​Dutt got the news of Sanjay's recovery from cancer, she started crying. Her happiness was at a peak. A friend of Sanju Baba said, 'Maanayata took great care of Sanjay while battling cancer'.

Apart from this, he said, 'Maanayata is crying. She is praying more. She has always been with Sanjay in every happiness and sorrow. She is a better person for Sanjay. I don't know what Sanjay would have done if she hadn't been with him. When Sanjay married Maanayata, we suspected that this marriage would not last much, but she proved that she is a devoted wife and mother. '

Sanju Baba had informed his fans on Wednesday that he has defeated cancer. Through his Twitter account, he shared a post, in which he wrote, 'The last few weeks were very difficult for me and family. But as it is said, God chooses only the strongest soldier to fight a tough battle. And today, on the occasion of my children's birthday, I have returned after winning this battle. This is the best gift for the family.'

He further wrote, 'It would not have happened to me without the blessings of all of you. I am grateful to you all for your support and blessings. I thank family, friends and fans for standing in this battle with me. Stay strong for me. Thank you for the love, familiarity and countless blessings. I am grateful to Dr Sevanti and her team, thankful to the nurses and medical staff of Kokilaben Hospital who cared for me so much. ' Now fans are waiting for Sanju Baba's new film.
