Recently, it has been reported that Bollywood's Sanju Baba, Sanjay Dutt, is all set to give a gift to his fans on the occasion of his 60th birthday. Now, however, fans may have to wait longer to get this gift. Actor Sanjay Dutt decided to release the teaser of his production film Prasthaanam. The film is said to be a Hindi remake of the 2010 Cult classic Telugu film Prasthaanam. Sanjay is in the lead role in the film.

According to media reports, Sanjay Dutt, his wife Manyata and film director Deva Katta have been sent a legal notice by media and entertainment company Sheemaroo. According to the notice, the rights to the original film are with Sheemaroo and Sanjay and others have no right to remake the film. The notice was sent on Monday and has now been delivered to Sanjay. Sanjay, Manyata and Deva were asked to respond to the notice within 72 hours. However, it's too late.

Confirming the news, Sheemaroo's head Ketan Maru said, "Yes, we have sent a legal notice and your information is all right. We'll ask for some money for this film. We have the rights to the film Prasthaanam and we took them from Gemini," Ketan says, "We have no intention of making it difficult without reason. We are also ready to sit together and talk,"
