Mumbai: Mumbai NCB zonal officer Sameer Wankhede is currently in trouble. In fact, amid the allegations against him, the Home Ministry has decided to enhance the security of Sameer Wankhede. Sameer Wankhede will now be given Z security. However, Shiv Sena leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut has made a big statement reacting to the home ministry's decision. Recently, he made a statement saying, "Those who point fingers at the Maharashtra government are given Z security.''

At the same time, he questioned the Z security permitted for Sameer Wankhede and said, "There is an inquiry to be conducted. It is not that if anyone has Z security, inquiries are not conducted. Those who point fingers at the Maharashtra government and do devious things here are honoured with Z security. You must have seen that he is given Z security.'' He further added, "I will not point a finger at anyone but Maharashtra is a safe state. Everyone here is safe. It seems that the Centre has a lot of security forces if people are protected like this. They (forces) should be sent to Kashmir, Arunachal."

You must be aware that a number of allegations have been levelled against Sameer Wankhede by NCP leader Nawab Malik. Their families, their marriage and their religion have been questioned and this has sparked controversy. You may be aware that Nawab Malik has also made allegations about Wankhede's first marriage, though, amidst these allegations, Sameer Wankhede's father Gyandev Wankhede and wife Kranti Wankhede have expressed concern over the safety of the family.
