Mumbai: Amidst the ongoing political turmoil in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut has made a big statement. They say we're not one of those who give up. On the rebel MLAs, he said, "We gave them an opportunity to come back, but now the time is over. You have our challenge, you come back.

In Maharashtra, the Uddhav Thackeray-led Maha Vikas Aghadi government is in crisis. Rebel Shiv Sena minister Eknath Shinde has claimed the support of more than 40 MLAs, apart from around 12 independents and smaller parties. Meanwhile, Sanjay Raut has attacked his government and rebel MLAs.

Uddhav Thackeray will continue to be cm. The Shiv Sena leader told the rebel MLAs that the time is out of hand. We gave them the opportunity to come back. We have made all the preparations. According to maharashtra government sources, when the rebel MLAs were heading towards Gujarat after the MLC elections, there was no security guard or PA with them. No one was aware of their movement.
