On seeing the appearance of the patient, the senses of Ishani will fly away, because this patient will be Sid but no one else. Seeing this condition of Sid, Ishani will start crying bitterly. NV will try to handle her. NV will start treatment to save Sid. All the efforts of Ishani and NV will go wrong and Sid will take his last breath. On seeing Sid dying, Ishani will lose her intelligence and will faint in NV's arms.
