The Directorate of Health Services of the Assam State Government has issued an advertisement for the recruitment of driver and a total of 50 posts of grade 4 for deployment in the newly created cities South Salmara Mankachar, Majuli, Charaideo, Hojai and Biswanath. According to the advertisement number (HSE / APPTT / 68/2019/7970) issued by the department, the candidates willing and eligible to apply for these posts will be able to apply through the online application form provided on the portal of the directorate.

Important Dates:
Starting date for application: 7 December 2020
Last date for application: 16 December 2020

Educational Qualifications:
Accredited board for DSH Assam Driver posts can apply for 10th passed candidates. Candidates should have a legal license to drive a four-wheeler (LMV). The minimum qualification for grade 4 post is 8th pass.

Age Range:
The age limit for both the posts is 18 years to 40 years. The age limit will be calculated from 1 January 2020. OBC candidates have been given 3 years and SSC, ST (P), ST (H) candidates have been given relaxation in the maximum age limit of 5 years.

Pay scale:
For driver posts, the pay scale will be Rs 14,100 - 60,500 and with the grade pay Rs 5,200 per month. A salary of Rs 14,100 - 60,500 has been fixed for Grade 4 posts and a salary of Rs 3,900 per month with grade pay.

Application fee:
Applicants will be able to apply through the online application form to be made available on 7 December 2020 on the Directorate Portal, dhs.assam.gov.in. Candidates should note that no application fee has to be paid for applying for DHS Assam Grade 4 and Driver Recruitment.
