The Department of Posts of India has issued a notification for recruitment of Gramin Dak Sevaks for Bihar Circle. Candidates interested in these posts can apply online through the official portal www.appost.in of the Department of Posts. As per the notification issued, a total of 1940 vacant posts of Gramin Dak Sevaks will be filled up in Bihar Circle.

Last Date for Applying Online - 26 May 2021

Educational Qualifications:
Candidates are required to pass 10th from any board for recruitment to these posts. At the same time, the candidates should also be aware of English and local languages.

Age-limit:
The age of candidates applying for the posts of Gramin Dak Sevaks should be 18 to 40 years. Obc category candidates have been exempted from the maximum age limit by three years and SC and ST category candidates by five years.

Selection Process:
Candidates for these posts will be selected on merit without written examination.
