Educational Qualification:-
Engineer (E-0) - Must have b.e/b.tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering with minimum 50% marks.
Assistant Manager (E-1) - Must have 2 years of executive experience in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks with b.E./B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification.
Manager (E-2) – Should have equivalent qualification in B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch or AMIE or Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 55% marks or with minimum 55% or 4 years of executive experience with CA/ICWA/MBA Finance.
Senior Manager (E-4) – Must have B.E./B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks or CA/ICWA/MBA Finance with minimum 55% in graduation and post qualification executive experience of 9 years.
