Eating popcorn is fun. Especially at the movies you enjoy a tub of popcorn more than anything. From kids to adults, everyone enjoys a tub of popcorn. But have you ever tried making popcorns with other ingredients besides corn? Try this healthy and easy to make cauliflower popcorn and enjoy a movie with your family comfortably at home.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into small florets, bite size.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated cheese
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 3 tablespoons oil.
  • ½ teaspoon salt.

Instructions:

  1. In a tray, place a baking sheet, add the cauliflower florets and toss them with some oil, the grated cheese, garlic powder, turmeric and salt.
  2. Place the tray in the oven at 475 F, for about 25 to 30 minutes or wait till they turn slightly golden brown.
  3. Serve immediately.
