'Satyendra Jain will come out for 42 days', interim bail approved from Supreme Court

New Delhi: AAP leader Satyendar Jain has got a big relief. The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Satyendar Jain. On the basis of court medical ground, Satyendar Jain has been granted bail for 42 days. Satyendra Jain was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on 30 May 2022 in a money laundering case. He got interim bail after 360 days. 

On Thursday, Satyendar Jain collapsed in Tihar Jail's bathroom due to dizziness, after which, he was brought to the hospital. Jain was shifted from DDU Hospital to LNJP Hospital in Delhi. Here he was put on oxygen support. After the news of Satyendar Jain's health deteriorating, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had tweeted that the person who was working day and night to provide good treatment and good health to the public, today that good person has been killed by a dictator. 

He further wrote – That dictator has only one thought – to finish everyone, he lives only in “I”. He only wants to see himself. God is watching all, He will do justice to all. I pray to God for Satyendra ji's speedy recovery. May God give them the strength to fight against these adverse circumstances.
