You are all going to see Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut in the film Thalaivi soon. Her film is slated to hit the theatres on September 10 this year. The film is based on the life of former Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa and Kangana has been waiting for its release for a long time. Kangana is currently busy promoting her film. As the release date of 'Thalaivi' approaches, Kangana's concern swells over the film. Kangana has recently appealed to Maharashtra Chief Minister and Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray to open theatres.

Let me tell you all that the 'Thalaivi' team has decided to release its film in theatres on September 10 after a long wait. However, the difficulties are that many states are still not allowed to screen films in theatres due to corona infection. Kangana has written a post in the story section of her Instagram appealing to Uddhav Thackeray that "corona cases have come down in Maharashtra. I appeal to the Government of Maharashtra to open theatres in the State and save the depleting film industry and theatre business.''

Even after her appeal, the Maharashtra government has not taken any decision so far to open theatres in the state. Let us also tell you that Kangana's film is a big-budget film and will also be released in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada languages including Hindi. Apart from this film, Kangana will be seen in the action film 'Dhaakad.'
