Young and talented Bengali director Sayan Basu Chowdhury is going to rock the audience with his next film ‘Horror Stories’. This film a comic book style anthology of horror stories which are related to the paranormal world connected by two narrators.
Talking about the film, it contains two stories. The first story is titled as ‘Chinese Box’ which shows the life of a soft-spoken and shy middle-class girl Ananya. The role of Ananya is going to be played by famous Bengali actress Alivia Sarkar. Talking about the story, Ananya suddenly discovers a Magic box which grants three wishes to its owner but at a cost.
Talking about the other second, it is titled ‘Bhoy’. This story depicts the life of a girl named Amrita. Famous actress Rupsha Mukhopadhyay is going to play this role. In this story, the girl from her childhood often sees an unknown ghost-like entity who follows her throughout her life and how it finally connects to her future. Mainak Banerjee is also going to play an important role. Apart from them, the film also features stars like Saheb Halder, Surajit Maity, Roshni Ghosh, and Supratim Saha.
