These youths told the Investigating Officer that the educational records were obtained from Krishna Private ITI in 2014 by giving false assurances of getting degrees and scholarships.

After this, the investigating officer registered a case against Anil Kumar Saini, the chairman of Private ITI and arrested Saini.
