Srinagar: The Central Government announced the abolition of Article 370 on August 5 from Jammu and Kashmir. After which life was stopped in the state. The government had imposed strict restrictions while maintaining the security system. Due to which many establishments were closed. But now things are slowly becoming normal. All colleges and universities opened in Srinagar yesterday i.e. on Wednesday after the government's announcement. On the first day, the attendance of the students was quite low. Meanwhile, the students who reached the college were very worried about their future.

Despite this, the lack of presence is attributed. Last week, Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir Bashir Khan had announced to open all higher secondary schools from October 3 and all colleges from October 9. Educational institutions opened in Srinagar on Wednesday morning Amar Singh College, Women's College, SP Higher Secondary, SP College etc. Staff reached these institutes but the attendance of students was very less. Students were seen submitting their assignments and inquiring about the upcoming exams.

Meanwhile, strict deployment of security forces was made around almost all educational institutions in Srinagar so that no mischievous elements could disturb the atmosphere. A student, who reached SP College, said, "We are coming to the college to see what is going on? Students say that their education is getting badly affected. It is having a bad effect on them. We can say that a whole generation of Kashmir is being destroyed".
