Chandigarh: Haryana Education Department has issued a letter giving information related to college and school. It has been told how long the schools and colleges will open amid the coronavirus crisis. In the letter, information regarding the summer holidays from July 1 to July 27, 2020 is given. It has been told in this letter that after 27 July schools can open. However, the colleges and universities will remain closed till 31 July 2020.

It is not decided whether the colleges will open after July 31, as the state government has mentioned in its letter that a decision has not been taken yet to reopen the Higher Education Center. Meanwhile, the government encouraged online studies and said, "E-learning can be continued for the students. Haryana's Education Minister Kanwarpal had said that the schools are scheduled for class X, XI and XII under a staged process. The classes will start on July 1. After this, the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth grades will start their studies after 15 days. Directorate School Education has asked the District Education Officers to form a committee to present the report.

He has said that there is a plan to start teaching primary classes from August. Primary classes will also be run in the school. Half of the students will study in the first shift and half in the second shift. For now, it has not been decided whether these will be morning or evening shifts or on alternate days, now the schools will prepare a plan on this.
