Mumbai: Schools are now set to open for children from class I to IV in Maharashtra. The state health department has given a 'no objection' on its behalf. The child task force related to corona in the state also held a major meeting on tuesday and has also given the green signal to start primary school. The state cabinet has a meeting with CM Uddhav Thackeray tomorrow i.e. 25th November. A final decision is likely to be taken at this cabinet meeting. Health Minister Rajesh Tope (Rajesh Tope) has informed in this regard.

Rajesh Tope has further said that there is no problem in opening schools with utmost care that children in classes I to IV do not have corona infection. The Child Task Force also says that there is no problem in opening schools for children of class I to IV following social distensing. The final decision is the right of the chief minister and the cabinet. A final decision on this is likely to be taken at a meeting of the state cabinet on Thursday.

Even if it is not decided on Thursday, there is every possibility of a decision in the next ten days. In fact, most decisions from the beginning of the corona epidemic have been taken in consultation with the Health Department and the State Corona Task Force. According to Health Minister Rajesh Tope, the state health department has given its consent and the corona task force of the state has also taken a positive stand. Therefore, there is every possibility that a decision on this should be taken by the Chief Minister after yesterday's cabinet meeting on opening of schools from class I.
