Kochi: A shocking case has come from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, Where a secret camera found in tDoordarshan Centre's women's toilet. The authorities reportedly tried to hide the case, because they feared that it would adversely affect VIP guests and women staff coming to Doordarshan Center. But when the incident came to the notice of the media, Doordarshan officials registered a case with the police.
 
Officials said that person who hid the camera in the toilet has been immediately fired. The accused had hidden a secret camera in a toilet near the main studio of Doordarshan Center. The toilet in which the camera was hidden is used by many VIP guests and center staff. It is being reported that initially the case was left untouched.

When the case started highlighting, the authorities reported this serious case to the police. Many film stars, politicians, artists, students and celebrities from different area's of society come to Doordarshan's Thiruvananthapuram centre as special guests. Many people come to the studio to present various programs on the channel. This incident is a matter of concern for the privacy of all those invited by Doordarshan.
