Noida: Security arrangements are being tightened in the adjoining areas including the country's capital, Delhi, on the occasion of Republic Day. In Noida, Delhi, a significant security decision has also been taken. Section 144 has been introduced in Noida till January 31 in view of Republic Day.

The Noida Police has informed that section 144 has been introduced in Noida till January 31 in the wake of Republic Day. People will not be allowed to perform any procession or demonstration without prior permission. Additional DCP (Law and Order) Ashutosh Dwivedi has said, "People will not be allowed to fly private drones, drink in public places, traffic jams, and weapons."

At the same time, the police have also banned harsh firing on marriage or other ceremonies. The police also said that there should be no audio or video that would create a tense situation. At the same time, no one will be allowed to strike hunger without permission. Nobody would be allowed to roam around with sticks, rods, or firearms in public spaces except for divyangs and vision-impaired people was stated in the order.
