Those who violate Section 144 here will be punished under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). In fact, the Health Ministry said in the data at 8 am on Saturday that 13,272 cases and 36 deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours, including six deaths in Kerala earlier, which the state government has released with new figures. With this, the active cases have declined by 664 to 1,01,166. The recovery rate stood at 98.58 per cent and the case fatality rate at 1.19 per cent. However, the daily positivity rate stands at 4.21 per cent and the weekly positivity rate at 3.87 per cent. At the same time, according to the data of the Cowin portal, a total of 209.59 crore doses of the anti-corona vaccine have been administered so far. These include 102.35 crores first, 93.92 crores second and 13.31 crore vigilance doses.
