Srinagar: The Border Security Force has unearthed a tunnel at Pansar in Hiranagar in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. The tunnel is reported to be 150 meters long. Sources said the Pakistani intelligence department had built the tunnel to infiltrate the terrorists into India. The BSF has detected the second tunnel in 10 days. Security agencies are engaged in the investigation.
The BSF has prepared a security grid with sophisticated equipments to keep an eye on Pakistan's movement on the International Border (LoC). The nefarious intentions of terrorist infiltration from CIBMS i.e. comprehensive integrated border management system are continuously failing. This system catches human activity in any season. Many a time, terrorist infiltration attempts have been foiled on the spot with the help of the same system. That is why Pakistan is trying to push the terrorists across by digging tunnels.
In view of the problems of border guards, CIBMS is also being monitored with manual patrolling. Equipped with sophisticated equipment, the system is very effective, making it a tactic to dig the Bosnian Pakistan tunnels.
