Jan 31sth is witnessing an exceptional celestial event which is Super blue blood moon, Supermoons occur when the full moon coincides with the Moon’s closest orbit point to the planet. During a supermoon, the Moon appears up to 14 percent larger and 30 percent brighter, as per the reports of NASA. Worth mentioning here most celestial bodies in the solar system have an elliptical orbit and these comprise the orbit of the Earth around the Sun, as well as the orbit of the Moon. On a related note it is also the second total lunar eclipse in the month of January 2018, and according to NASA, a second total lunar eclipse during a month is called ‘blue moon’. therefore the Supermoon has become a “super blue blood moon.” This kind of occurrence (a triple lineup like this) hasn't happened since 1982, and as per the reports, the next won't arise until 2037.
