A woman reached the museum to see her own heart. Its photos have started going viral on social media. Her heart was taken out in transplant surgery 16 years ago. This woman is Jennifer Sutton, a resident of Hampshire, England. After seeing her heart, she expressed her surprise and said that it is 'incredibly very strange' to see her organ in the middle of an exhibition at the Hunterian Museum in London.

Jennifer, 38, has said that she hopes that this will help in promoting organ donation. The news says that Jennifer tells that she is living a very busy and active life right now. She is going to remain like this in future as well.

When was the heart removed?: At that time, Jennifer was studying in the university, when she realized that she was also facing difficulties in doing certain types of work. Like climbing stairs. On testing, it was found that she is suffering from restrictive cardiomyopathy. This is a condition in which the ability to pump blood is affected. Then Jennifer was told that if she did not get a heart transplant done, she could die. She was 22 years old. When she was on the waiting list for transplant, her health was rapidly deteriorating. In June 2007, she was informed that a match had been found for her.

Jennifer was scared about the operation because her mother had died after a similar surgery. At that time she was 13 years old. She has to say, 'I remember when I woke up after the transplant and started thinking that I have really become a new person.' She gave permission to the Royal College of Surgeons to put her heart in the exhibition. Anyone visiting this museum here in Holborn will be able to see her heart.
