Domestic stock markets are trading higher for the eight successive days with Nifty above 12726 levels.  During late morning Session, The Sensex was up 0.67% or 287 at 43565, while Nifty traded up 95.80 points or 0.77% at 12727. Broader markets also outperformed with gains of over 1% on Nifty Midcap 100. Auto and Pharma stocks witness buying.

At around 11 am, Nifty gainers in trade today have been Hero MotoCorp, Hindalco, Axis Bank, Kotak Bank and Bajaj Finserve.  On the Other hand, IndusInd bank, Reliance Industries, Titan, Asian paints and Hindustan Unilever were among major losers.

Shares in State Bank of India have been trading in the green in the early deal by over 1.5 percent as the bank's board has given nod for divesting more than 8.5 percent in UTI Trustee Company. Shares of NMDC have been trading week by over 3 percent in spite of the company announcing the consideration of buy-back offer.

Meanwhile, Asian markets in line with the overnight mixed session in the US markets were trading mixed with Japan's Nikkei up by over 1% while Singapore's Straits Times and Hong Kong Hang Seng down in trade.
