Mumbai: Share market has closed today with an edge. Although the market started in the red mark and there was a weakness in the market in the early trade, but as the day went on, the market came in green mark of boom. In today's trade, the 30-share index of the BSE closed at 32,424.10 with a gain of 223.51 points, or 0.69 per cent.

At the same time, the 50-share index Nifty Fifty of the NSE has closed at 9580 with a gain of 90.20 points, or 0.95 per cent. Out of 50 stocks of the Nifty, 36 stocks remained firm and trading closed with a fall in 14 stocks. Business has closed at a rapid pace in Bank Nifty today. Bank Nifty has closed at 19297 with a strength of 127.45 points i.e. 0.66 percent. IOC 7.46 per cent, Wipro was up 6.30 per cent among the Nifty stocks.

ONGC closed at a strong 5.14 per cent. Coal India recorded a jump of 5.04 percent and Dr. Reddy's Labs registered a strength of 4.43 percent. Axis Bank has been down 2.31 per cent on the Nifty falling stocks. Bharti Airtel dropped 2.28 percent. Adani Ports declined by 1.45 per cent and TCS declined by 1.17 per cent. At the same time, Titan closed at 1.05 per cent.
