When a guest arrives at home, surely the favorite samosa is included in the breakfast. So the next time a guest comes to your house, you can make Samosa immediately.

Ingredients: 1 cup flour, half teaspoon oregano, 3 tbsps of ghee, 5 boiled and mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup boiled green peas, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 3-4 finely chopped green chilies, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp amchoor, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 2 tbsps chopped green coriander, oil and salt for frying, according to taste.

Method of preparation: Add salt, oregano, ghee and water to the maida and knead it a little hard. Put a wet cloth and keep it for 15 minutes. Add 2 tbsps of oil to the pan, add cumin seeds, green chili, red chili, amchoor, garam masala, salt, mashed potatoes, peas and green coriander and fry for 4-5 minutes, the masala will be ready. Make triangle shaped maida Puri and fill it with the masala, apply water on the edges. Deep fry and serve hot with chutney.
