Sevilla has won its fourth consecutive win in the Spanish Football League La Liga by beating Majorca 2–0. With which it has also gone close to qualifying for the next leg of the Champions League. The top four teams in the Champions League compete against the top clubs in Europe. Sevilla currently has 66 points similar to Atlético Madrid but is on the fourth stage due to goal difference. It is 9 points ahead of Villariyal of the 5th stage and if it scores one point, its fourth position has been ensured. With this result, Valencia has slipped to the ninth stage. The teams that finished 5th and 6th have made it to the Europa League. There is a difference of three points between Valencia and sixth-placed team Getafe. In other matches, Athletic Bilbao kept hopes of qualifying in the Europa League with a 2–1 win over Levante. Athletic has reached the seventh position with this victory, recorded by two goals from Rollsia. In another match, Ibar defeated Aspenyol 2–0 on the last leg at the table. This is Espanyol's seventh consecutive defeat.
