Recently, a new case of crime has come up from Muzaffarnagar district in Uttar Pradesh where a young man with a colony resident Divyang Kishore has carried out rape by taking the pretext of creating a disabled pension. In this case, it is being told that the victim's family has filed a complaint of action against the accused including two others.

According to the information, a resident of the colony of Kotwali area of the city stated in the complaint that, "He has a 14-year-old disabled daughter." The victim said that a youth resident of village Duheli Tughlakpur of Purkaji area was to come and go. On Thursday, the youth along with one of his companions reached his house and asked to take the disabled teenager with him to the block to get his disabled pension. Believing the youth, the family sent the teenager with him.

It is alleged in this case, "Both the youths took the teenager to village Sherpur, where the teenager was raped by taking her to a house. After this, the accused escaped leaving the teenager outside the house." The police say that, as soon as the victim informed the family about the incident, she came to the police station and filed a complaint. In this case, the police have started the investigation by filing a nominated report against both the accused.
