Bollywood's famous singer and judge of Indian Idol 11, Anu Malik has got relief in the case of sexual harassment going on her. Yes, due to lack of additional evidence against Anu Malik, the case running on them has been closed at present. This case was handled by the National Commission for Women and in the absence of evidence, the case has been closed on a temporary basis. 

According to a report, under 3 secretary of NCW, Bharnali Shom wrote a letter to Madhuri Malhotra (Head, Standards and Veterinary, Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited) on 3 January 2020. In this letter, he had mentored Sona Mahapatra's tweet. According to the tweet, despite witnessing sexual harassment by many women, Anu Malik has been made the judge of the show Youngsters broadcast on national television. The letter further wrote, 'The Commission has received your reply in this matter on 6 December 2019. In view of the above, the Commission has closed the case due to lack of communication from the complainant and not enough evidence.

Talking to the media, NCW chairperson Rekha Sharma said that she had written to the complainant about this. The complainant wrote in response that she is traveling at the moment and they will meet on return. The commission waited for 45 days and demanded documents, but no response came from them. The complainant did not get any response from the other women who had made allegations of sexual exploitation against Anu Malik. So this problem has been averted for some time from Anu Malik. For information, let us tell you that Rekha Sharma has also told that the case of Anu Malik is not a permanent closure, if the complainant brings evidence then this case will be reopened.
