Today, 23rd March is an immortal day in the history of India. Let us tell you all that on this day, in 1931, Bhagat Singh, Shivram Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar had been hanged while smiling having the dream of the country's freedom in their hearts. Yes, however, a few hours before the hanging, Bhagat Singh was writing his last letter to his companions. During that time, there was not even a single strand of fear of hanging in his heart, but the passion to do anything for the freedom of his country. Let us tell you all that after being hanged by the British, Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru became immortal forever and that last letter written by Bhagat Singh became the voice of revolution for the countrymen.

He wrote in his letter- 'Obviously I must have the will to live, I don't even want to hide it. Today I can survive on one condition. Now I don't want to live imprisoned or confined. My name has become a symbol of the Hindustani revolution. The ideals and sacrifices of the revolutionary party have lifted me very high. So high that in the event of survival I cannot be higher than this. Today my weaknesses are not in front of the public. If I escape from the gallows, they will be revealed and the symbol of revolution will be dimmed, it may be failed. But in the event of my hanging laughingly, Indian mothers will wish for their children to become Bhagat Singh and the number of those who sacrificed for the country's independence will increase so much that the revolution can be stopped by imperialism or all evil forces. It will not matter. Yes, A thought still comes to my mind that even the 1000th part of what I had in my heart to do for the country and humanity, could not fulfil even if I had been independent, alive, then perhaps he would have got the opportunity to fulfil them. Apart from this, no greed ever came into my mind to be saved from hanging. Who would be more fortunate than me? Today I am very proud of myself. I am now eagerly waiting for the final exam, wish it comes sooner. Your comrade, Bhagat Singh.'

All of you will be surprised to know that even on the day the three revolutionaries were to be hanged, they were smiling. Yes, and the three hugged each other. The three were then bathed and weighed before the gallows. At the same time, after the announcement of the sentence, Bhagat Singh's weight had increased and in the end, the trio smiled and kissed the noose and made themselves proud for the freedom of the country.
