All the die-hard Shaheer Sheikh fans would know that be it essaying the role of Arjuna in Mahabharat or winning hearts with his boy-next-door role of Dev Dixit in Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi, Shaheer Sheikh has managed to stay at the top of the game.

 As we speak, Shaheer Sheikh is wooing girls with his character of Abir in Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke. From wearing baggy pants, bomber jackets to playing the guitar, Shaheer Sheikh as Abir is being loved for his cool dude look.

And while Dev had short hair, in Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, Abir sports long hair and in one of the recent episodes, we had Abir sporting a man bun during the sequence when he is confused about his feelings for Mishti aka Rhea Sharma.

And today, Shaheer, who is quite active on social media, posted a picture wherein he is seen sporting a manbun in two different avatars- as Arjuna and as Abir and alongside the picture, Shaheer’s caption read, “Arjun and then 5 years later Abir. #TheManBun….”

While Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke has been topping the TRP charts, in the show, viewers are shown that Shaheer Sheikh aka Abir has fallen in love with Mishti and just when he musters up the courage to confess his feelings to Mishti, he sees Mishti and Kunal coming and that is when he stops himself from approaching Mishti.

Later, we are shown that Abir is left heartbroken when Kunal and Mishti agree to take their relationship to the next level and decide to get married. On hearing this, Abir is visibly shattered and he leaves Mishti’s house.
