Shahid Kapoor tying a knot with  Mira Rajput was something that surprised everyone, since it came suddenly and also because of the  huge age gap that they have. Well, with time, the couple has definitely proved all the stereotypes wrong and now, they keep giving us couple goals time and again and again and again and are also great parents to daughter Misha Kapoor and son Zain Kapoor. Shahid had recently appeared on Koffee With Karan with his brother Ishaan Khattar, and Everyone could notice the fatherly qualitiesin him.
Allegedly, in an interview, Shahid was asked how did Mira take up the mantle of motherhood at such an early age, and to this, he went on to say how he thinks she is very mature, deep down and if it wasn't for that, she wouldn't be able to deal with everything that has happened the way she had. He also said how she was just 21 when they got married, and when he was called a cradle snatcher, he straight away agreed and said, it is what it is and that he can't run away from what he is. When he was questioned, who would he marry if not Mira, Shahid said 'someone older,' which the interviewer thought was older than him, and when he asked if he says that owing to the current trend, Shahid quipped he meant someone older than Mira, not him. 
On the professional front, Shahid will be next seen in the Arjun Reddy remake, Kabir Singh, co-starring Kiara Advani..
