Bigg Boss 16 is grabbing all the limelight due to its controversial contestants and their fights. One of the most controversial relationships in Bigg Boss is between Tina Datta, Shalin Bhanot and Sumbul Touqueer Khan. Salman Kahn also called Sumbul obsessed of Shalin. Now Bollywood celebrities came in Sumbul’s support.
Now Tina Datta costar from Uttaran Gaurav Chopra said that the 'made-up story' has 'emotionally tormented' Sumbul Touqeer. He wrote, "Has #biggboss not heard of #nomeansno? Why are they trying to insinuate that a young girl likes someone romantically when she s vehemently saying no. To the point of disgracing and emotionally tormenting her. Haven't we all seen possessive friendships in school and college?,"
He wrote, "This because the episode had to start by deflating a contestant who was adamant. Once he got defensive, the rest was easy. This is how they manipulate." She further wrote, "Shame on them for shaming a young girl in the process. Even if she does, it's her prerogative to say yes or no," the Aghori actor wrote on the micro-blogging site. Gaurav concluded his post by writing, "Even though I'm not a fan of any of them, this was truly avoidable."
Recently Sumbul’s father speaking about her said, “I have raised Sumbul in a protective environment. When the offer came, I thought it would be a great means to let her understand duniyadari (world politics). Neither I nor Sumbul have followed the show, and I never realised that something like this will happen. Today, I regret that I chose to send my daughter to the show. It did more harm to her than favour.”
She further added, “I know there are people who love her but I think it’s time she should be out. The girl who is in the house is not my daughter. She has lost her positivity and happiness. I don’t want her to go through any grief again. I would thus request her fans to not vote for her. I am praying she gets evicted this Saturday.”
