Raipur: A shocking incident is coming out from Raipur in Chhattisgarh where a man raped a minor girl. Police said that the victim is mentally weak. The criminal has been arrested by the police. This is the incident of Dhamtari district.
According to the news received from the police sources, the criminal took the mentally weak minor girl to his home by coaxing her. There the criminal raped the girl. This is the incident of 27 April. When the relatives of the girl did not see her at home, they started looking for her. The relatives inquired with the neighbors. Due to enquiry, the relatives saw that the girl was sitting next to a neighbor's house in fear.
The minor girl narrated the ordeal to her mother in gestures. Thereafter, the victim's mother reached Magarlod police station and filed a rape case against the culprit. Station in-charge Rajesh Jagat said that the criminal Rakesh Sahu has been arrested on the report of the mentally retarded minor mute girl's mother. The criminal was sent on judicial remand.
