Amavasya falling on a Saturday is known as Shani Amavasya. It is a very auspicious day to worship Lord Shanidev and please him to get rid of afflictions. Saturn is known to cause Sade Sati, Dhaiya, Laghu Kalyani, Ashtam Shani and other afflictions and as Saturn is a slow moving planet its influence has far-reaching and lasting effect on everyone’ life. 

Currently, individuals born under Capricorn, Sagittarius and Scorpio Moon sign are observing Sade Sati and individuals born under Virgo Moon Ascendant are observing Dhaiya. It is going to be a very favourable day to please Lord Shanidev and seek his pardon. Individual’ having Sagittarius Moon ascendant are currently facing harsh time so they should definitely worship lord Shanidev and seek his pardon.

Remember that there is no way that anyone can escape his judgement and subsequent wrath so there is no point acting smart. Any pooja/remedy advised to GET RID of Shani should utterly be avoided. Worshipping Bajrang Bali is helpful only when you have surrendered yourself in want of penance.
