Jabalpur: Shankaracharya Swami Swaroopanand Saraswati has been admitted to the private hospital in Jabalpur late Wednesday evening due to an infection in the throat. He has been kept under medical care in the AICU after suffering from breathing problems and cold. According to doctors, at present, his condition is stable and he is hoping to improve his condition within 2 days.

At the same time, after getting the news of the hospitalization, the disciples of Swaroopanand Saraswati from far away are coming to the hospital to know his condition. Assembly Speaker NP Prajapati also came to know about his well being late Thursday evening. Presently, doctors are also checking up their routine along with throat problem. Even before this, he was admitted to the hospital last year for treatment.

Let us tell you that Shankaracharya Swaroopanand Saraswati, who has passed the age of 95, is generally admitted to the hospital in Jabalpur for routine checkup. But, this time due to severe sore throat, he was brought to Jabalpur directly from Gotegaon and admitted to the hospital. His condition is said to be stable at the moment.
