Aurangabad: Legislative elections are going to be held in Maharashtra in the next few months. Due to this, there is political mercury in the state. There is also tremendous rhetoric about this. Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) President Sharad Pawar has been consistently in the news with his controversial statements. In this episode, the NCP chief has created a controversy by making another statement. Sharad Pawar said that an incident like Pulwama terror attack can change the mood of people in Maharashtra because they have resentment towards the state government.

Speaking at a press conference, he said that before the Lok Sabha elections there was an atmosphere of anger and resentment against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, the terror attack in Pulwama on CRPF personnel changed the whole scenario. Now people's minds can be changed only by an incident like Pulwama. ' Pawar also claimed that when he inquired about the Pulwama attack in February this year, he suspected that it was deliberate.

The NCP chief said that Airstrike helped in increasing the popularity of the Modi government. However, he claimed that Modi's popularity will not work in Maharashtra as people are angry with the Fadnavis government. Taking a dig at the Maharashtra CM, Sharad Pawar said that he had not done anything that people would choose him again.
