The health of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who sentenced for imprisonment due to corruption, has worsened after which he has been asked to be admitted to the hospital. The medical board examining Nawaz Sharif's health says that his kidney is on the verge of being failed. In such a situation, they need to be shifted from hospital to jail immediately. Dr Azhar Kanii and Dr Hamid Sharif Khan, who examined Sharif, have recommended to recruit him from the jail administration at Rawalpindi's Cardiology Hospital.

However, the law minister of Punjab province, Jia Haider Rizvi has said that the administration has not received any applications so far in this regard. He said that the government has decided to provide more facilities to the jail while considering the condition of Nawaz Sharif. According to him, the facility of AC will be provided to Nawaz Sharif on a humanitarian basis.

Doctors say that Nawaz Sharif has increased amount of nitrogen in the urine and hence, he is sweating too much. It went causing problems of dehydration in him due to excessive sweating. Doctors say that the former PM's heart rate is also running erratically.

For the fraud in the case of Avenfild property prime minister Nawaz Sharif was arrested after being convicted to be closed in the prison. Sharif (68), his daughter Maryam (44) and son-in-law Capt (retired) Mohammad Safdar, 10 years in the Adiala jail, Rawalpindi, after being convicted by the Accountability Court on July 6 regarding the ownership of the 4 luxury flats in London, respectively. 7 years and 1-year imprisonment sentence.
