New Delhi: Hearing in the famous Sheena Bora murder case was held in the Supreme Court on Wednesday. The Supreme Court has granted bail to the accused Indrani Mukerjea in this case. During the hearing of the case in the Supreme Court, senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi argued on behalf of Indrani Mukerjea. He told the court that accused Indrani is entitled to special exemption under section 437. Along with this, he is in jail for the last several years. But for the last 11 months, the hearing has not progressed.

During this, Mukul Rohatgi said in the court that out of 237 witnesses, 68 witnesses were examined. But he did not get parole for the last several years. On this the court questioned why parole was not given. On this Mukul Rohatgi said that he did not take parole. However, Indrani's husband Peter Mukerjea had already been granted bail.

Justice BR Gavai heard the matter in the Supreme Court. During this, ASG SV Raju said that the witness was questioned as to who had killed Sheena Bora. Peter's role in this case was very limited. Not only this, the evidence was also tampered with in this case.
