In addition to the cash, multiple wedding venues, caterers and other service groups have donated their services to help David and Evelyn schedule the wedding of their dreams. Perhaps the most amazing part of all is that when David and Evelyn reached out to the homeless support group for help, all they were asking for was $93 to go out and buy a marriage license.

Officer McDonald reports that in his years at the homeless support division he’s almost never seen support like this for anyone from the public. The couple is happy to report that they’ve already working on getting a wedding date picked out and are excitedly waiting for their change to move into a new home.
