Fans of Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra's movie Shershaah were eagerly waiting. Now their wait is coming to an end soon as Siddharth has announced the release date of the movie today. The film is set to release on the OTT platform. Siddharth will be seen playing the role of Captain Vikram Batra in the movie. Siddharth shared a video on social media with the announcement of the release date of the film. He shared the post and wrote: Heroes live through their stories. We are proud to bring the story of your Kargil War hero Captain Vikram Batra. This movie has been a long way for me and I am proud to play this role. Shershaah will release on Amazon Prime on August 12.

Then comes Sidharth Malhotra who will be seen playing Vikram Batra in the movie. The movie, which is set to release on the occasion of Independence Day, will instill patriotism within you. The movie will feature several stars like Shiv Pandit, Raj Arjun, Pranaya Pachauri, Himansh Ashok Malhotra, Nikitan Dhir, Anil Chatterjee, Sahil Vaid, and Pawan Chopra along with Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani.
