Hindi cinema's powerful and fit actress Shilpa Shetty's mother Sunanda Shetty's trouble is not going to end in the 15-year-old case. Sunanda Shetty's discharge petition has now been quashed by the court. While the charge against her may frame at its next hearing on September 30. Shilpa's mother Sunanda Shetty is accused of asking for money from Surat's 15-year-old Praful Saree.

According to media reports, she had filed a petition to acquit the charges, though her petition was rejected by the court. She has been asked to appear by the court inaction of the charging frame on September 30.

According to the charge of Praful Saree's owner Pankaj Agarwal, they had tied up with Shilpa for advertising the saree and she was paid for it. Despite receiving the payment, Sunanda Shetty and Shilpa's father Surendra Shetty threatened the shop owner by gangster Fazlu Rahman over the phone to recover the money. In 2003, Pankaj Agarwal had also lodged a complaint against Shilpa Shetty's parents at Umra police station and in the case, Sunanda filed a discharge petition in The Surat Court seeking acquittal of the charges. The case is scheduled to take place on September 30.
