Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has shared the recipe of making cold on the festival of Holi. All are eagerly waiting for the festival of colors Holi. On the occasion of Holi, Shilpa Shetty has shared a recipe for making 'Thandai'.

For 'Thandai' you need poppy seeds (1 tbsp), melon seeds (1 tsp), sunflower seeds (1 tsp), fennel (2 tsp), black pepper (2-3 grains), nutmeg powder (1 tsp) ), Cardamom or cardamom powder (1/4 teaspoon), pistachio powder (2-3 tbsp), maple syrup or honey

Thandai Recipe: -

- Grind the assembled material.
- Now, add almond milk and powdered mixture in a pan.
- Add saffron and stir well.
- Make sure that knots are not formed.
- Cook the milk till it becomes thick.
- Turn off the gas and let it cool down.
- Once kept in the fridge, cool it completely.
- Add maple syrup to sweeten.
- You can also sweeten the drink with honey.
- Pour Thandai in a glass.
- You can add chopped dry-food items on top.
