After the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, a lot of talk is happening in Bollywood and TV industry about nepotism. Shilpa Shinde, the winner of Bigg Boss 11, has also given her reaction on nepotism. Shilpa said, "Nepotism is in every field and discrimination happens everywhere, which I myself have experienced during the time of serial Bhabiji at home." Shilpa said, “Talking about nepotism, it is not in any one field but everywhere. Now the son of an actor will become an actor, the son of a doctor will become a doctor, no, what nepotism are you talking about, people do not understand me but there is discrimination and I have also faced it myself." Shilpa further said, "I am a best example, I was told not to work with it."
She further said, "Work was done in the group, I have faced all these things, while the channel and production house banned me, this is what happened to me. I used to get 20 to 20 notices that you have lost us because of you, you give me money, I was also very upset. Whatever happened to me during the time Bhabiji is at home." Shilpa also told that how bad was her time. She said, "During this time, I had consumed the head pain pill 3-4 times and I was just sleeping for 9 hours, I used to sit in hiding at my house. The producer of Bhabiji did a lot of spectacle and I was very upset, but no one can understand it.” Shilpa says that nepotism is in every field and nobody cares as long as the person is alive, When it leaves, everyone comes to show sympathy.
While talking about the reality of the industry, Shilpa said, "Talking about discrimination, then leave the film, senior actors of TV also throw a sanerity on juniors." Vikas Gupta has recently uploaded a video in which he spoke about being in depression. He took some names in that video, in which Shilpa Shinde also had a name. When we asked Shilpa, she refused to say anything. Currently Shilpa is spending time with her mother in lockdown. Her mother had an accident at home in which she suffered a lot of injuries. That's why Shilpa is taking full care of her mother.
